Prasath Chandrasekaran is a self-made entrepreneur whose inspiring journey began with an investment of less than ₹10,000 and has grown into leading projects worth over ₹10 crores. In 2002, he founded THAW Designers in a modest office near Lalbagh West Gate, Bangalore, laying the foundation for what would become a dynamic and respected design firm.

Driven by strong leadership and vision, he expanded his expertise and, by 2008, took on the role of Project Management Consultant for Akash Homes in Coimbatore. Over the years, his construction division has successfully delivered more than 2 million sq. ft. of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
